One order, seven deductions. Which do you check?
Commission, VAT on the commission, a per-package service fee, cargo by desi, 1% withholding, return adjustments and "other" lines. Each lands on its own line, on its own date. The statement adds up, but nobody knows whether each line is right.

Net profit per product
Net profit: sales excluding VAT, minus returns, commission, service fee, cargo and cost. The service fee and cargo are shared among the products in an order by sale amount. Withholding is a tax prepayment, so it is shown separately, not deducted.
For products with no cost entered, net profit is shown before cost (*).

Ten checks
- 1Payout reconciliation Unexplained
- A payment's amount differs from the revenue and deductions on the lines it pays out.
- 2Commission arithmetic Unexplained
- The commission charged differs by more than 0.01 TL from the commission rate times the base found in your data.
- 3Commission rate Review
- A line's commission rate is above the rate expected for that barcode: the one in your rate table, or the most common one in the period.
- 4Return reversal Unexplained
- A sale was returned, but no commission was reversed for that order and barcode.
- 5Trendyol-funded discount Review
- A discount or coupon that Trendyol funds reduced your revenue.
- 6Service fee Unexplained
- A package was charged the service fee more than once, or at an amount different from the tariff on the order date.
- 7Cargo amount Unexplained
- A cargo invoice line differs from your desi table's price for the billed desi, or the same parcel was billed twice.
- 8Cargo desi Review
- The billed desi is above the desi your product list gives for the product.
- 9Withholding Unexplained
- The period's withholding differs by more than 1 TL from 1% of sales excluding VAT, net of returns.
- 10Unpaid sale Review
- A delivered order past its payment period has no payment date.
Not every difference is a mistake.
Kesinti shows two kinds of finding. In "unexplained" ones, the numbers in the statement contradict each other. In "review" ones, a rate or a desi changed, which a campaign or a new tariff can explain. You see both with their calculation, and you decide which to dispute.

No. In "unexplained" findings the numbers contradict each other. In "review" findings a rate or desi changed, which a campaign can explain.
How do I dispute a deduction with Trendyol?
Each finding comes with the order number, the expected and charged amounts, and the calculation. Add them to a support request in your seller panel.
Do you need access to my store?
No. Kesinti only works with files you download from the panel.
Is Hepsiburada supported?
Not yet. If sellers ask for it, it's next.
